I liked the quiet room that was nicely appointed.
Had to pay for wi-fi in room.
Location was great and was within easy walking distance of the light rail train. River view from the room was nice also.
The hotel is a little bit dated.
It was great to be right at the waterfront, near the Boardwalk and the Tom McCall park, and just blocks from the Rose Festival City Fair and the Saturday Market.
Rooms were small, though clean, quiet and comfortable. The swimming pool did not thrill the kids, but it was adequate. Parking was convenient but expensive.
Your sliding bathroom doors are very very dated
Very friendly and helpful whenneeded.
The bed was so comfortable. The waterfront view was worth the price too. Canadian Geese were so interesting. Room service was prompt and friendly
Ray at front desk was awesome. Breakfast buffet was amazing. Would go back just to eat the bacon
We found all the noise to be very distressing First, the A/C was extremely loud. We couldn't sleep when it came on and would wake us when we did fall asleep. Then the walls were paper thin. We could hear the wake up calls in the rooms around us and every conversation they had next door. Then, there was the traffic noise. Even being eight floors up, we could hear every vehicle that drove by. When we complained, we found the Hotel staff to not be very compassionate or caring.
Easy to find, excellent staff were very helpful as to restaurants and shopping nearby, very pleasant big room
That they charge for everything The Internet, wi fi the business center.... Nickles and dimes considering what the rooms cost. But still disappointing
My husband and I enjoyed everything about this hotel. The location was perfect and the staff was friendly but very professional. The hotel was extremly clean and comfortable.
Location it was right in the middle of where we needed to be
Very good location
No fridge in the room, air condition a little noisy
The hotel was wonderful. Great room, great service and great location. I will stay there again if I go to Portland again.
The room was beautiful and clean.
I think paying $30.00 a night for parking is ridiculous. I didn't get a final bill at checkout and would like one. They had our reservation all screwed up.
